After sharing the positive news of our recent appointment of Laura Kirk to the IWP team in September 2020, we’re thrilled to enhance the team further with the appointment of Kayleigh Catford.

Kayleigh joins us a Consultant, bringing with her 15 years’ experience in hospitality, leisure and tourism. With extensive knowledge and experience managing customer service, business development, team leadership and corporate events, Kayleigh truly understands how businesses in these sectors operate and works closely with our clients on customer/guest/visitor experience and service delivery programmes.

Kayleigh’s previous role at Welcome to Yorkshire saw her work with and support businesses of all sizes across multiple areas, to promote their tourism offering, building solid relationships and partnerships.
