Giving Back

Our founder Kate Hardcastle is a champion of good causes, and her charity and community work includes: Founder of Positive Image Month, Founder of The Charity Dreamgirls, Ambassador for Women in Sport and Founder of Women in Sport North, Ambassador for The Diana Award, Patron RSPCA (North), Ambassador for Mind the Gap and Spokesperson for Endometriosis UK.

The Access for All programme was established in 2009 and sees Insight with Passion team donate 20% of time, as standard, to supporting microbusinesses, start-ups, charities and community projects, who would otherwise not be able to access the expertise and experience that Insight with Passion offers.
This has transformed microbusinesses such as retail shops and startups, charities and community groups across the UK. Access for All clients enjoy the same type of support as fee-paying clients, such as help with business transformation, strategy, planning, leadership & team development and marketing.
This is achieved via mentoring, workshops and 121 support, in partnership with organisations such as Welcome to Yorkshire, Business Wales and Marketing Lancashire and over the past decade, over 1,000 organisations have benefitted from the programme.
This investment of valuable time and support is more impactful than any cash donation and allows beneficiary organisations to derive true and lasting benefit.
The Access for All Scheme has been recognised for numerous awards including the Prime Minister’s Point of Light Award and Grant Thornton’s ‘Faces of a Vibrant Economy’.
