Business Wales

The IWP team delivered a series of successful workshops for small and medium-sized businesses, on behalf of Business Wales, over a period of 12 months, with a focus on retail theatre and customer delight. The team continued to support several businesses via mentoring and ongoing support, receiving fantastic feedback from 100% of guests.
