The Brief: Marketing Lancashire enlisted Insight with Passion to support with a business and visitor engagement strategy which capitalised on the area’s unique identity to instill pride, passion and a strong customer service ethos, amongst businesses of all sizes and sectors.

Results: After delivering a series of seven ‘Retail Theatre’ workshops for businesses, demand for more was so high, that Marketing Lancashire subsequently booked a follow up series. This saw Kate identify a unique selling point in the warmth and charm of the organisations, empowering tourism and hospitality businesses across Lanchashire to capitalise on this and deliver an exceptional visitor and guest experience.
