Established in 2009 Furniture Associates are recruitment experts specialising in the furniture industry – helping businesses find the perfect ‘fit’ for their vacancies, and searching on behalf of individuals looking to take a step up the ladder in the industry. This year the business wanted to refresh their appeal through new branding and communications, they approached Insight with Passion to assist in their transformation.

The team evaluated Furniture Associates’ proposition and identified new branding and a language that communicated their services to their audience in a way that they wanted to hear. Coupled with a targeted PR campaign, Insight with Passion assisted in spreading the word about this focused service.
The Insight with Passion Effect
Insight with Passion created a new website for Furniture Associates that offered functionality and clarity for their users. Along with a more direct language, IWP’s service team undertook a PR campaign to launch Furniture Associate’s new identity which saw them appear in numerous regional publications as well as specialist trade publications.
