Business Reviews

We work with clients to systematically assess the performance of their business to understand key issues, how they interconnect and identify practical steps to address them.

Reviews have encompassed the complete business, individual functions and specific projects. They typically take between 2-7 days dependent on the scope of the review. This would include the project preparation, conducting the onsite review, inputting to / challenging the team and plans and preparation of all the outputs.

'Insight Workshop' facilitation

Our off-site sessions are designed to take an objective and enlightening view of the challenges business leaders face, discover new insights, generate actions and move the business forward at pace.

Included within one of our packages would be; the organisation and preparation, conducting the workshop, challenge / encouragement of the participants and preparation of the outputs.

Typically workshops are 1-2 day sessions with circa 6-8 participants. We are delighted to be able to offer these workshops at excellent rates.

Coaching and Non Exec advice for business leaders

The old adage often rings true "it is lonely at the top". As experienced business leaders we understand the benefits of having an independent person to talk to.

We provide objective and independent advice to business leaders through a number of channels and work with key individuals on a confidential 1:1 basis, through regular review meetings, to address their issues and deliver enhanced business performance. We also utilise years of board-level experience Insight with Passion Partners, act as Non-Executives on board to provide challenge and support for business leaders and their teams.

Financial Healthcheck

Overview

In challenging economic times it is critical to have a grip on the finances of the business, whether it's managing the cash-flow, looking for cost reductions, understanding the performance of the different parts of the organisation or planning ahead. At Insight with Passion we aid businesses in all aspects of commercial finance reporting, planning and analysis.

Our partners will undertake a review of the commercial management reporting within the business - making recommendations on how to improve planning and forecasting, introduce balanced score cards and improve KPI reporting and tracking.

In our bespoke coaching session, we share relevant experiences, 'the Highs and Lows' and work with the key individual(s) on a 1:1 basis through regular review meetings, to address their issues and deliver enhanced business performance.
