Sadly, the team recognises that this isn’t the experience many customers are going through day in day out.
The Customer at the Heart awards were set up to recognise organisations with excellence in customer service. This has seen IWP travel the country to award, review and advise businesses, including a roadshow for independents and bootcamps for staff.
