A&M’s UK office had the opportunity to pitch for a significant business review and restructuring project of a household name retailer. They called upon IWP Partners with their retail industry knowledge to act as associates on the team and help formulate the presentation to the prospective client.
An IWP partner was asked to join the team to deliver the pitch for the £150k project. The focus was to provide the retailer with operational support to the Management team to help them
